  • Topicals, balms, salves, and creams
  • Any ingestible or personal-use wellness item


We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on taste, effectiveness, or personal preference.


Defective or Incorrect Items


If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of purchase, please notify us within 7 days of purchase.


  • Products must be unused and in original packaging, when applicable
  • With verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis


Non-Returnable Situations


Returns or refunds will not be issued for:


  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
  • Dissatisfaction with flavor, effects, or results


Proof of Purchase


A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return or replacement request.
